ABOUT ALLIED MEDICAL SERVICES Allied Medical Services is a full-service third party administrator of occupational medical testing services, committed to delivering quality care to your employees in a cost-effective manner. In conjunction with our national network of medical facilities and accredited laboratories, Allied Medical Services delivers a wide variety of comprehensive occupational medical testing programs to corporations throughout the United States.
WHY ALLIED MEDICAL SERVICES? Allied Medical Services will administer your entire occupational health care program on a national basis. Allied Medical Services maintains a database of more than 1,700 medical facilities throughout the United States that specialize in occupational medicine. Allied Medical Services has screening procedures and strict compliance guidelines that must be met in order to participate and remain in our network. Re-validation of credentials is required annually and is monitored through our on-going quality assurance program.
Once a group of physicians are approved, our quality assurance procedures are implemented. Physician performance is monitored by our Medical Director. We ascertain that the medical facilities are performing to the standards set forth in each client’s program. Discrepancies, if any, are noted and communicated to the physician and resolved expeditiously.
Our Medical Director and Physician Recruiter/Liaison supervise the medical network. The medical/professional team assures that our providers have a thorough and complete understanding of each specific client program.

Uniform Medical Review and Reporting
Each examination is reviewed by our medical staff for content and any abnormalities. Letters are sent to patients noting the results and findings on these exams.
Audit and Payment of all Providers
One of the "hidden" cost savings to our clients is the reduction of accounting and administrative burdens associated with invoice audits, bill payments and reconciliation. Allied Medical Services pays all providers and submits one "clean" monthly invoice to each client.
High Quality Customer Service
Each client is assigned a client service representative who is familiar with the client’s program. Each client service team is responsible for the tracking of exam data, monitoring of quality, responding to client requests and managing the performance standards of the provider network.
