Results Reporting - Allied Medical Services electronically forwards all final test results to each company’s designated disclosure contact. All results reporting is strictly confidential. Allied Medical Services has the ability to supply test result information via EDI and other electronic formats.

Random Selection - Allied Medical Services will implement a random selection pool to meet your DOT requirements on both alcohol and substance abuse testing.

Reporting and Record Keeping - Allied Medical Services will generate and disclose quarterly and annual summary reports that include required statistics for DOT covered employees.

Medical Review Officer Services - The Medical Review Officer (MRO) service is the process by which a physician with knowledge of substance abuse disorders reviews each and every test prior to the results being released to the carrier. The MRO will act as a vital screen to assure that management is notified of a positive result on a drug test only after the Medical Review Officer is satisfied that it resulted from illegal drug use. The MRO works with management and refers problems for counseling and treatment as well.

Litigation Support - Litigation support includes development of comprehensive litigation packages, expert testimony, and coaching of supervisors for participation in litigation, hearings, and arbitration.
